This was the first time I have taken my car to the shop to have my brakes worked on. I was a bit nervous but I definitely shouldn't have been. The crew here is extremely knowledgeable and very people oriented with great communication skills. They made it a very easy pain free experience and definitely made a return customer out of me! I used Sturgis tire pros’ services for the first time yesterday to fix a flat tire. I needed a quick turnaround. I learned that they operate by appointment only, not walk-in. However, they were very kind and gracious and worked my small job in between their other work. They got it done well ahead of when they promised. They did a good job and their prices were reasonable. I have good feelings about Sturgis tire pro and ask for their help in the future! Thank You!
